Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bandit Lighting purchase. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Eligibility. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be fully functional. Original packaging is not required.

How to return an item. Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll confirm your return and send you instructions.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show the credit.

Defective or failed lights. Our 3-Year Warranty covers lights that fail because of a manufacturing defect. If one does, we'll replace it free of charge. Damage from collisions, misuse, modifications, cut or altered wiring, or incorrect installation is not covered. See our Warranty page for details.
