Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Please allow up to 3 days for processing. Once your order ships, delivery takes 10 days to 2 weeks. Shipping is free on every order.

Warranty and returns

What does the 3-year warranty cover?

If one of your lights fails from a manufacturing defect within 3 years of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge. Visit our 3-Year Warranty page for how to make a claim.

What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery as long as it is fully functional. Original packaging is not required. Customers cover return shipping, and refunds go to your original payment method. See our Returns page for details.

Choosing your lights

Which rock light series should I choose?

The Drifter (3 LED Classic) is a clean, straightforward pure white kit, and the Gunslinger (256 LED Magnetic) is our most powerful, with built-in magnets and no drilling. See Choose Your Rock Light Series to compare.

How do I choose my wheel light ring size?

Choose the size that matches your wheel diameter. Our 15" ring is for 1500 trucks, the 17" for 2500+ trucks, and the 20" for dually trucks.

Will I need extra wiring?

Some larger trucks, including certain F-250, F-350, 2500HD, and 3500HD configurations, may need additional wiring extensions depending on the vehicle and installation route. We offer two optional wiring packages on every lighting kit: an Extended package (two 10-foot and two 5-foot extension cables) and an Extra-Long package (four 10-foot extension cables).
