If a light fails from a manufacturing defect within 3 years of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge.
How to make a claim
- Contact us through our contact page.
- Send your order number and a short description of what's wrong. A photo or short video of the problem is required.
- We'll confirm your claim and send a replacement at no cost to you, shipping included.
What's covered
Lights that fail or stop working under normal use because of a manufacturing defect, for 3 years from the date your order is delivered.
What isn't covered
Damage from collisions, misuse, or modifications to the product, cut or altered wiring, and wiring or installation done incorrectly. Normal wear and cosmetic damage are also not covered.
