Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be fully functional. Original packaging is not required.
How to return an item
Contact us with your order number. We'll confirm your return and send you instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
Defective or failed lights
Our 3-Year Warranty covers lights that fail because of a manufacturing defect. If one does, we'll replace it free of charge. See our Warranty page for details.
